Extreme Typography

There are many ways of creating your own typefaces. Brazilian artist Dalton Ghetti carves pencils into miniature sculptures, including this entire alphabet. He uses only simple tools like razor blades and needles. See more of his work here.
Sweetuno is a Swiss graffiti artist. He created this alphabet with a camera and an LED glowstick. It took him three nights to complete. See more Street Fonts here.
Originally from New York, Ripo now lives in Spain, his typeface is created by using white enamel paint on mirrors, then photographing the resulting refections. He says, "Graffiti usually fills in the negative or forgotten spaces of cities - ignored parts of signs, doors, walls.... I played off this concept by painting in the negative spaces of the letters and letting the city fill in the rest". Visit his website to see more.
