Tate Liverpool's major show of the Summer is 'The Pleasure Principle' - an exhibition of Belgian Surrealist Magritte's work. Everyday objects appear in unusual places or unlikely scales, yet are painted in realistic detail. They can be absurd and a little sinister at the same time. Magritte's work has inspired many other artists, writers and film makers - you can read more on The Guardian website. The exhibition starts 24th June and goes on until the 16th October. Student tickets are £9.
