The Museum of British Folklore

The Museum of British Folklore currently has no permanent home, but organises events around the country at host venues. It currently has a great exhibition at Compton Verney, called 'Remember, Remember - a history of fireworks in Britain', all about the history and traditions of November 5th. The exhibition features a fantastic display of fireworks, packaging and advertising going back to the beginning of the 20th century and goes on until 11th December. Below is an advert for the exhibition created by Richard Sharples for The Museum of British Folklore - to find out more visit the website.
