Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery

The wonderful exhibition 'Lost in Lace' is still on until 19th February, so if you haven't seen it yet get along there over Half Term. There are large scale structures and installations, inspired by the delicacy and translucency of lace.
There is also a rare chance to see 'Ten Drawings by Leonardo da Vinci', which include preparatory studies for paintings and sculptures, as well as anatomical drawings and inventions.
The Gallery also has an extensive permanent collection of contemporary and Victorian painting.
